Getting startedWhat does CertMusic certify?

CertMusic certifies that a submitted track was attested as human-made by the artist. The certificate includes a SHA-256 audio fingerprint and a public verification page.

Getting startedWho can use CertMusic?

Independent artists, producers, labels, and managers can use CertMusic. You only need an account and a track that you can attest as human-made.

CertificationWhich audio formats are supported for certification?

The product flow currently supports WAV, MP3, FLAC, and AIFF uploads with size limits enforced in the app.

CertificationWhat is the human-made attestation?

Attestation is a legal statement signed during certification where the artist confirms the work is human-made under CertMusic policy.

VerificationHow can fans or partners verify my certificate?

Every certificate has a public verify URL. Anyone can open it to see status, issuance details, and the audio hash.

VerificationWhat does revoked mean on a certificate?

Revoked means the certificate is no longer active. This can happen due to policy violations, moderation actions, or correction requests.

BillingWhat plans are available?

CertMusic currently offers Free trial capacity plus Single Cert, Artist Pro, and Label paid options. Plan details are available on the pricing page.

BillingHow do I cancel or change my plan?

You can upgrade or change plans from Pricing and manage active subscriptions from your Stripe billing portal via Dashboard/Profile.

AccountI cannot access my account. What should I do?

Use sign-in recovery first. If your account was disabled or still blocked, contact support and include your account email plus a short description.

AccountCan I create a public artist profile page?

Yes. Set up your profile details and artist handle in Profile Edit. Your public artist page can be shared with fans and partners.

Trust and policyWhat counts as AI-generated content under policy?

Core composition, melody, lyrics, or vocals generated by AI are outside the human-made attestation scope. Review Terms for exact policy language.

Use the support contact form and choose the policy/compliance category. Include certificate IDs, links, and any evidence that helps investigation.
