You must use accurate account details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
2. Human-made attestation
When certifying a track, you attest that the submitted work was created by human performers and/or producers, and that core composition, melody, lyrics, and vocals are not AI-generated.
False attestations may result in certificate revocation, account restrictions, or permanent suspension.
3. Certification records
CertMusic stores certification records and related evidence metadata to support verification, fraud prevention, trust artifact generation, and moderation.
4. Moderation and enforcement
CertMusic may investigate suspicious activity, revoke certificates, or restrict accounts when abuse, fraud, or policy violations are detected.
5. Service changes
Features, limits, and pricing may evolve over time. Continued use of the service after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
