CertMusic uses essential cookies for authentication, session security, abuse prevention, and operational reliability. These cookies are always active because they are required for the service to function safely.

2. Optional analytics

We only store optional product analytics events when you choose "Accept all" in the cookie settings prompt. If you choose "Essential only", analytics collection remains disabled.

3. Contact and support data

When you submit support requests, we process the details you provide (such as email, subject, and message) to respond to your inquiry and operate the support workflow. Support forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce abuse.
